Packaged RTU control:
- Built-in LCD display for local commissioning, control, and monitoring
- Remote access with graphic web interface for commissioning, control, and monitoring through Ethernet
- Gas/Electric heating stages, AC and Heat Pump electric heater staging, auxiliary heating, and SCR controls
- Demand control ventilation
- 2-stage blower control for Daikin units (Select from 1,2, or 5-speed)
- 1 or 2 stages of heating and cooling with PID control
- 1, 2 or 4 compressors with pressure switch feedback and alarms
- Lead / lag compressor priority rotation based on runtime
- Exhaust fan enable
- California Title 24 certified economizer control
- Defrost Mode
- Modulating Hot Gas Reheat (MHGRH) Valve Control

- 7-day scheduling, including weekly and holiday events
- Automatic daylight savings time adjustment
- Optimal start / optimal stop
