VRV is a modular, commercially applied air-conditioning and heating system that distributes refrigerant, rather than water, from the outdoor unit to multiple indoor units providing efficiency, individual user control and reliability in one package. Absolute comfort and efficiency is achieved with Daikin’s industry leading variable speed Inverter compressors. This means that only the amount of energy required is used to provide the necessary cooling or heating to each individual indoor unit.

Air-Cooled Systems
A highly efficient, flexible HVAC solution designed to provide precise temperature control by adjusting refrigerant flow for each zone. Water-Cooled Systems
An energy-saving alternative to traditional centralized equipment that combines the characteristics of a water-cooled system with the air-cooled VRV system and still uses the same VRV indoor units, similar refrigerant piping methods, branch selector boxes, and controls as air-cooled VRV systems.
Daikin Indoor Units
Daikin's wide selection of ducted and duct-free indoor units provide zoning flexibility and comfort control for almost any application. Indoor unit models include Round Flow ceiling mounted cassette, ceiling concealed ducted, ceiling suspended, wall mounted and floor standing models. Daikin indoor units are user friendly, reliable, easy to control and quiet.
System Controllers
The VRV Controls Network is made up of individual zone controllers, multi-zone controllers, advanced multi-zone controllers, central controllers and open protocol network devices that transmit information via the DIII-Net. VRV Controls support operation monitoring, scheduling, error e-mail distribution, general user software, tenant billing, and maintenance support to provide the optimal control strategy.
Ventilation
Daikin’s air treatment systems can be integrated with a VRV system to provide outside air treatment and air conditioning in a single system to meet code requirements. It adjusts the temperature of air from outdoors using a fixed discharge temperature control reducing air conditioning load.
