The Daikin HERO Pro Edge is a cloud-based VRV central controller that offers real-time remote control and monitoring, advanced analytics, and dashboard. The Daikin HERO Pro Edge can monitor and control the Daikin VRV system, Mini/ Multi-split units, Daikin Applied Rooftop Units and ancillary equipment. The HERO Cloud Services has the ability to visualize each building's connected systems via the HERO Pro Edge. Daikin HERO Cloud Services is based upon a recurring license fee to access site information. The Daikin HERO Pro Edge includes first-year access to Daikin HERO Cloud Services for monitoring and control, licenses can be renewed in 1-year, 3-year or 5-year increments.

Mini BMS Solution

• BACnet® Client Option for monitoring and controlling third-party BACnet® devices (up to 10 or 50 devices, depending on license)
• Integration with third-party equipment/sensors via WAGO® I/O (DI, DO, AI, AO points)
• Mini-BMS functionality with integrated scheduling, interlock control, and emergency stop

Energy & Facility Management

• VRV Energy and run time monitoring
• Tenant billing (PPD – Power Proportional Distribution) for proportional energy cost allocation
• Automated PPD site and tenant reports with configurable parameters and email distribution
• Tenant app option for direct indoor unit control by occupants (with configurable permissions)

Integration to BMS

• Exposure of VRV system data points as BACnet® objects for seamless monitoring and control
• BACnet® Server Option enabling direct BACnet®/IP BMS integration without additional gateways (BTL certified)
