You would need to have a licensed technician/dealer diagnose your unit. They would then be able to verify your warranty with your serial number at the local distributor. Then they would work with the local distributor to receive the parts needed to have your unit working again.
Can I get parts/units directly from Daikin?
Unfortunately, no, we do not sell parts or units directly to end-users or dealers. You would need to follow the below link to help you find a dealer in your area if you are not currently working with one.

Your technician would need to contact our Technical Support Department for assistance. They can also visit their local distributor for assistance.
Do you offer technical support to homeowners?
Unfortunately, No. HVAC is a licensed industry so we are not allowed to offer technical assistance to anyone who is not licensed and technically trained.
How can I obtain the AHRI number for my system?
To obtain the AHRI number for your HVAC system, go to AHRI Certification Directory and search by model number.
